I really don't mean to belabor this point – and I promise this will be last time (for a while, at least) – but tonight was another great meal... pad thai!Elizabeth wasn't as pleased with the recipe as I was, though. She couldn't get a hold of the exact kind of rice noodle the recipe called for – and perhaps that would have made it better – but it really was delicious.
